Obstructive Sleep Apnea is a sleep disorder that arises as the soft tissues at the back of your throat collapses by blocking the airway. As this occur, it stops the airflow, results in a significant drop in your blood-oxygen levels, thereby signaling your brain to wake up accompanied by gasping and choking. OSA can be fatal if the condition is kept untreated.
